Type Player is coming out!

The book 'Type Player' to which I contribute my type works ('Merry Christmas' and '2009 Oh Yeah!' cards) is coming out.

'Type Player collects the world¡'s latest and creative typographic design and their applications. This book is expected to be an indispensable resource to any designer who looks forward to original and high-quality work.' ------ I feel honoured to be a part of this great publication.

'Sign Graphics: Walk This Way'

I was invited by Maomao Publications, a Barcelona-based book packager and publishing house specialized in art & design to feature the signage system I developed for the Rainbow Children Hospital in a new book 'Sign Graphics: Walk This Way'. "The publication will put together innovative signage and wayfinding projects, in an effort to effectively represent a sourcebook for any professional interested in knowing the state of the art in this field." I am looking forward to be part of the book.

I was kindly invited by Sandu Cultural Media and Design 360 Magazine to feature my type designs in a new book 'Type Player' as well as in the magazine. More information will be added further.

2 plus 3D!!!

Lucky me. My graduation project - Children Hospital Wayfinding System was honored by being chosen as one of the best graduation projects in Poland 2007/08. The work will be published in the upcoming January issue of 2+3D and presented on few exhibitions in Poland, beginning in Cieszyn (30.01 - 15.03), then Warsaw, Cracow and Poznan. I would like personally thank the 2+3D grafika plus produkt | Polish Design Quarterly for appreciating my work and Tomasz Budzyń for a great comment on the project.
